Where is my order?
Once orders are placed online via the FCBL Club Shop Website, it is then given to Kappa for fulfillment and delivered back to the FCBL Office for collection.

 

Where do I collect my order? 
Orders will be available for collection at the FC Bulleen Lions office during operational hours. The admin team will contact you via email or mobile once your order is ready to be collected.

What is the order timeline?
Orders placed through Kappa will typically take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill and be ready to collect, although in some instances this timeline may differ depending on product availability. The FCBL office will advise on any delays, or which retailed items present longer timelines.

Can an order be delivered to an alternate address? 
No. FCBL Club Shop orders can be not delivered to alternate postal addresses.

Can I change my order?
To change an order please contact the FC Bulleen Lions office ASAP and we will advise if an amendment can be made. Please note this may incur additional costs if the order has already been placed through the supplier.

 

Can I exchange my item for something else? 
Once an order is fulfilled, size swaps can only be made Free Of Charge if the FCBL office is holding stock of the requested item at that time and the item being exchanged still has its tags, has not been worn and is eligible to be re-sold. If the above criteria are not met a separate order will need to be placed. 

 

Can a refund be given for my order?
Refunds are at the discretion of the FCBL office and will not be given for a change of mind of purchase. In the event of a damaged or faulty item, please contact the FCBL office and we will advise if an exchange can be made free of charge or item replaced through Kappa.

 

Once an item is out of stock. Will it come back in stock? 
Most stock items placed through Kappa will always be available to order. In some instances, merchandise items retailed through alternate suppliers or limited-edition items will only be retailed as a once off and will not come back into stock. The FCBL Club Shop will specify items that are listed as ‘Limited Edition’.

 

Are there sample sizes to try on prior to making an order? 
Yes. The FCBL team hold samples in office that can be tried on prior to making an order. Please contact the FCBL office or your Team Manager to arrange a time to try samples on.
